The end of an era 💔😢
Video Super has announced its permanent closing on social media:
"After 29 years VideoSuper will be closing its chapter. We thank evervone of dove springs and the other surrounding areas for sticking with us all this time."
Video Super in Dove Springs was more than just a neighborhood smoke shop; it was a cultural staple for many Southeast Austin residents. Back in the day, it served as a community hub where people picked up clothing, CDs, and everyday essentials while connecting with friends and neighbors. For many locals, it represents a piece of old Dove Springs history and the tight-knit community spirit that once defined the area.
Though its doors will no longer be open, the memories made there continue to live on in the hearts of those who grew up around it. Thank you, Video Super, for being part of the neighborh44d
