This one’s in my backyard. Folks, we need to take a harder line stance against hate groups in the martial arts community. I get nobody wants to bring politics into their gym, but removing neo-N**is from our sport shouldn’t be a controversial ask.

Embarrassing.

The U.S. eliminated measles in 2000, but rising cases are putting that status at risk. Over 1,600 infections have been confirmed this year, and experts say the true number may be higher. This week, an expert commission is meeting to review the latest measles data in the Americas. Canada is expected to be a top focus, with ongoing outbreaks since October 2024, while the U.S. and Mexico have outbreaks that began in January and February of 2025.

I always see these "alpha" pages telling young men to learn how to fight.

And as a fighter I'd rather encourage young men to learn how to reason. That their worth is not tied to the quality of violence that can commit.

If you've never learned how to reason than how can you know what's worth fighting for?
