Root was born last week. It was a hot week that included a couple storms. I kept seeing him under a tree. He’s a sweet boy. Yes, the cow will get attached. I named him. We are rooting for him.

The calf and I are going to wait out the storm in the goat house so he doesn’t get soaked. The goats are in the duck house. The ducks don’t mind the rain.
