Big news — SEPARdio is now available on the ThinLine Radio app!

We’re excited to announce that SEPARdio listeners can now access our feeds directly through ThinLine Radio. As of right now, SEPARdio is the only provider delivering radio feeds across the Tri-State area in one place, for one price.

Current coverage includes feeds from:

* Chester County, PA
* Delaware County, PA
* New Castle County, DE
* Kent County, DE
* Sussex County, DE
* Atlantic County, NJ

This is a major step forward for SEPARdio and for our listeners. ThinLine Radio will also bring powerful new features, including:

* AI-powered incident alerts
* Speech-to-text transcription of radio transmissions
* Keyword search for spoken audio calls

Current SEPARdio subscribers will soon be migrated off the Rdio Scanner application and over to the ThinLine Radio app. If you are a current subscriber, please keep an eye on the email address associated with your account — you will be receiving additional instructions soon.

🚨 Delaware County, PA Now Live on SEPARdio! 🚨

We’re excited to announce that Delaware County, Pennsylvania’s new trunked digital radio system is now available on the SEPARdio scanner platform and mobile application.

If you’re an existing SEPARdio subscriber, no action is required — the updated channel list has been automatically pushed and now includes Delaware County PA talkgroups and channels.

This new system brings improved coverage, clearer digital audio, and expanded monitoring of county public safety communications — all accessible right from SEPARdio.

We are aware of an ongoing outage with one of our service providers Cloudflare, which may impact access to the SEPARdio platform.

This outage is a global issue with the Cloudflare network that is impacting numerous other services and applications.

UPDATE: We’ve just been informed that it is highly likely that this tower maintenance will extend into next week as well.

🚨Notice Regarding Chester County PA

We’re aware of the current quality issues affecting Chester County, PA in the SEPARdio app.

Is has been confirmed that AT&T has been (and will be continuing to) perform tower maintenance at the New Garden tower site this week. This is causing extreme degradation in signal quality for our scanners.

This maintenance is affecting not only our application but also the radios used by the first responders in the field.

We expect our application to return to normal operations immediately following the New Garden tower site being brought back online.

We apologize for any inconvenience this is causing.

The CADAlert is officially out of beta testing for Chester County!

Any first responder interested in signing up for access can do so by following the instructions available on our website at https://cadalert.app and selecting "Sign Up" from the menu.

With CADAlert, first responders will now have access to:
- Incident Notifications (Faster then PulsePoint and IamResponding)
- Customized Notifications based on Station and Call Type
- Countywide CAD of Active Calls
- Live Updating List of Units and Their Status
- Advanced Mapping with 3D Buildings and Hydrant Locations (Including Neighboring Counties)
