✅ Inflation came in better than expected — “core” CPI eased to 3.0%, giving Wall Street a reason to breathe.
🏦 The Fed cut rates by 0.25% and officially ended its tightening policy.
🏡 Mortgage rates are now at multi-year lows, which could mean brighter days ahead for both buyers and sellers.

While lower rates haven’t yet sparked a surge in homebuying, history shows that demand usually follows — it just takes time.
