🏡 GOOD NEWS: More homes are finally hitting the market.

😬 BAD NEWS: Many buyers still can’t comfortably afford them.

Inventory is improving, giving buyers more options than we’ve seen in a while. But middle-income buyers can currently afford only about 23% of listings nationwide. The market may be less competitive, but affordability remains the biggest challenge. What’s your take? 👇

I read an article that said some of the BEST features in older homes are the exact things people rip out during renovations 👀

Things like:

🚪 Vintage hardware

And honestly… I get it.
New builds are beautiful, but older homes have a kind of character you just can’t recreate.
