Only 5% of homes sold without an agent this year (a record low), and the regrets are REAL:

😵‍💫 Pricing was harder than expected
📉 Median FSBO sales price: $360k
💰 Agent-assisted: $425k

Private employers have LOST about 11,250 jobs per week, totaling around 45,000 for the month. That’s… not great.

📊 The Fed is basically working blindfolded
Because of the shutdown, they don’t have October’s job or inflation data.
So will they cut rates in December?
Maybe. Maybe not.
They’re waiting for official numbers, but ADP’s data is definitely raising eyebrows.

🏡 50-year mortgages are being discussed
Yes… 50 YEARS.
Payments could be lower, but the interest over time would be massive. This could help affordability short-term, but long-term? Ouch.
