We’re expecting over at the office! A robin decided one of our window boxes looked perfect for her nest.

Unfortunately, in true robin fashion, she chose the worst spot that’s very close to the sidewalk. 🪺

Try not to scare her off when you come in!

What if the key to a safer, more positive birth experience isn’t avoiding labor pain—but being truly supported through it?
New research from Türkiye found that women who received continuous care from the same midwife throughout pregnancy, labor, and postpartum experienced lower pain, shorter labors, greater comfort, and more respectful maternity care.
That’s exactly why this conversation matters.
In the newest episode of Discover Midwives, we unpack one of the most misunderstood parts of birth: labor pain and how education, support, and continuity of care can completely transform the experience.
✨ Pain vs. suffering
✨ Why respectful care changes outcomes
✨ The power of midwifery support
✨ Building a birth team that helps you feel safe, informed, and strong
Birth should be more than something you “survive.” You deserve to feel heard, respected, and empowered every step of the way.
🎧 Tune in to the latest episode of Discover Midwives and share with someone preparing for birth.
