Join us at the Bridge Nine Records shop in Beverly, MA for RSD Black Friday on Friday, November 28, 2025! We’ll be opening early at 8 AM and staying open until 8 PM, and will have tons of exclusive releases waiting for you. We’ll be offering 25% off any Bridge Nine Records releases and merch! We’re excited to also have our local mobile espresso bar, By The Sea Coffee, popping up from 8-11 AM so you can get your caffeine fix while shopping. Lastly, it will be the opening day of our newest gallery show: Todd Po***ck x Bridge Nine “Thirty Years” featuring the live performance photography of Todd Po***ck, a mainstay in the New England hardcore punk scene. A reception with the artist will take place from 6-8 pm that evening and all are welcome to attend.

Bridge Nine is proud to be hosting THIRTY YEARS, an exhibition featuring the live performance photography of Todd Po***ck (). Todd is a longtime fixture on hardcore punk stages across the New England scene and has been capturing moments at shows since 1995.

The exhibition opens Friday, November 28th, and will be available to visit until Sunday, December 7th, during regular business hours at Bridge Nine Records, and features images from Ten Yard Fight, American Nightmare, H2O, Death Before Dishonor, Have Heart, and many more. An artist reception with Todd Po***ck will be on opening night, from 6 pm until 8 pm. Come check out three decades of Bridge Nine’s artists, captured through Todd’s lenses! Bridge Nine is proud to release “Way of War,” the new two-song 7-inch single from the Godfathers of New York Hardcore, AGNOSTIC FRONT. In anticipation of their 13th album, Echoes In Eternity, due November 7 via Reigning Phoenix. The Way of War single was produced by fellow NYHC veteran Mike Dijan (Crown of Thornz, Breakdown, etc), and it features Darryl “DMC” McDaniels on the song “Matter of Life & Death.”

Limited to 1,000 copies pressed, under exclusive license from and available on a variety of colors from Bridge Nine directly and a few of our friends, grab a copy of this single while you can! Originally released in 2001, the Boston hardcore band’s 25th anniversary release of Year One pays tribute to their formative years. This collection unites their first two 7”s, originally released by Bridge Nine Records founder and then-roommate , on a 180-gram LP, with all tracks recorded by Kurt Ballou at God City. Originally designed by Jake Bannon (Converge), this edition has been reimagined by Del Jae (Futurismo Records) and Wesley Eisold, and comes packaged in a gatefold with an insert of handwritten lyrics and collaged images.

Year One doesn’t just celebrate a milestone; it reaffirms American Nightmare’s enduring legacy. Their music raised the bar for emotional depth in hardcore, adding a distinctly poetic and existential lyrical approach that set them apart and changed the rules of the scene, paving the way for countless bands that followed. The result was something harder, darker, and more emotionally resonant than anything the scene had yet produced. They pushed hardcore into uncharted territory, borrowing influences from youth crew, street punk, and even the aesthetics of the late-’90s mod revival and Britpop cultures. The fusion created a new blueprint—fast, traditional hardcore delivered with dire, venomous lyrics that demanded a visceral crowd response. Their impact was immediate, and their influence continues to reverberate.

Friends of ours played their first show thirty years ago this September. To acknowledge their 30th anniversary (and B9’s!), we’re hosting an intimate live performance in the Bridge Nine warehouse. Spaces are limited and tickets must be purchased in advance.
