The Willows runs on volunteers.

We're an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) 💛 — which means there's no Salem Jazz and Soul Festival without people like you. Since 2007, that community has produced 100+ free concerts and raised more than $70,000 for music education north of Boston. Every hour helps keep the music free.

The festival is BACK — Saturday, August 15 at Salem Willows — and we need a crew. We offer flexible 4-hour shifts, so you can give one slot or a few:
🎷 Stage & setup crew
🎷 Artist hospitality
🎷 Volunteer check-in
🎷 Beer garden (21+)
🎷 Music Education Tent
🎷 General festival support
🎷 Breakdown & cleanup

Every volunteer gets a free festival tee, free snacks, and entry into our prize raffle. No experience needed — just good energy and a love for this city by the sea.
