A topic we hear about all too often is the rising number of our youth who struggle with mental health. Recent research shows that one in five children feel unseen. Let’s “make sense” of this; what if we each took the time to reflect on our lives, our “one” and then educate our children on how to help be the change? This is exactly why I want to discuss the “Power of One.”
