Want to avoid Parkway crowds but peep the peak leaves? There are a few spots left on on our hike at Camp Lutherock this Saturday, October 18. It's the final BRC Hiking series event, and also happens to be NC's Great Trails State Day!

This is a strenuous out-and-back trail with roughly 400 feet of elevation gain and should take us about 2.5 hours round trip.

Volunteer Appreciation Spotlight:

Casting Breads is incredibly blessed with the very best volunteers—and today, we want to give a special shoutout to one of them: Benny Bolick!

Benny is the kind of person who shows up, works hard, and never complains. From stacking shelves and fixing lights to assisting our community members, Benny is always ready to lend a hand. Just last week, he installed our double oven—what a huge help that was!

We truly couldn’t do what we do without amazing people like him. If you see Benny out and about, be sure to let him know how much he is appreciated.
