"Is is now passed the closing of court business on November 19. Robert Cosgrove has once again failed to file an opposition to our motion to dismiss and motion to recuse, missing the deadline for a third straight day. He has not contacted the court or my attorneys to ask for more time, despite being well aware that the deadline has passed. There are also unsubstantiated rumors that Karina Kolokithis has filed a criminal complaint against Jennifer McCabe for witness intimidation. If this is true, is that the reason for Cosgroves delay? He should do himself and the taxpayers a favor and drop the charges against me. He has lost his will to fight." - A Timothy Kearney

"It is now the close of court business on November 18. Nothing has been filed by Robert Cosgrove again today. The deadline for his opposition to our motion to dismiss was yesterday. It is now officially 2 days late. When he has had issues previously he has reached out to us to let us know. He has NEVER missed a deadline without alerting us first. Judge Krupp was also moved from our case, and the McAlberts announced they might be suing me this week. Take from that what you will." - A Timothy Kearney

We are now almost 24 hours PAST the deadline for Robert Cosgrove to file his opposition to our motion to dismiss and motion to recuse him as special prosecutor. He has not contacted us or the court to ask for more time. Meanwhile, my lawyers, who unlike Cosgrove have other cases that require their attention, were able to file another supplemental affidavit today in support of our motions. I'll be going over the entire thing on the live show tonight, but here's a teaser - out of the blue on November 11, Lindsey Gaetani forwarded me an email that Kate Peter wrote to Ken Mello on February 14, 2024 (while I was in jail), giving Mello detailed instructions on how to have me held in jail prior to my release on February 23. We will be reading that email on the show tonight as well. Additionally, Ms. Gaetani, who is clearly now a witness for both the prosecution AND the defense, confirmed in writing that Cosgrove never asked her for the recording Leigha Genduso sent her, in which Ms. Genduso laid out the plan to make Ms. Gaetani a witness in order to have my bail revoked.
