Hands down — the best sushi I’ve ever had. ACHI – The Omakase Experience took me on a 10-course journey filled with bold flavor and precision.

The flame-seared scallops and otoro tuna tartare over sticky rice were next level, and the Tokyo Cooler signature cocktail tied it all together perfectly.
This intimate dining experience is something St. Louis didn’t know it needed.
