The WLS-AM 890 Engineering staff in the early 1950's. L-R: William Keller, Verne Fulton, Charlie Nehlson, Chuck Ostler and Dale Shimp. Dale worked at WLS well into the 1980's and Charlie was with reporter Herbert Morrison in Lakehurst, New Jersey recording the Hindenburg arrival which turned into a huge news story.
