While preparing to head up to Montage for Yogafest this weekend, we’re acknowledging another incredible event going on this weekend, hosted by my dear friend at the absolutely amazing If we weren’t going to be at Montage, this is exactly where you would find me! The tranquil scene and ambience are breathtaking. This is a true overnight retreat, meals included and various natural practitioners with a limited number of tickets still available. Over the years I’ve sampled lots of types of yoga’s and instructors, only to find that I really need to feel the proper energy alignment, or the session is not enjoyable. The pace is also very important to me. Dior’s classes at Inner Harmony are one of the only sessions I’d travel for! Slow, lovely pace, gentle voice, holding those warriors, goosebumps. ☺️
Just a side note while we’re throwing love out there - I’m dying to get to our neighbors .flowspace too! Rachel looks to be doing amazing things and we feel that vibe from over here! 💫
