Retro Radio recreates 1960s and 70s Top 40 radio, specifically recreating the sounds of Cleveland's WIXY 1260, WKYC, and Detroit's CKLW. Retro Radio airs every Saturday afternoon from 3-5pm (eastern) on 88.7 WJCU and at wjcu.org.

Finally able to upload and share this! From Tape #1 in my reel-to-reel collection, here is part of the Top 62 of 1962 as recorded from WHK in Cleveland! The original recording was really distorted, and a friend of mine was able to clean it up pretty well! The DJs in this recording are Scott Burton and Jonnie Walters. Enjoy the nostalgia!
