Mayor Bibb announced the Housing Innovation District, a neighborhood-focused initiative that he says is designed to bring new housing, investment, and longterm improvements to Cleveland's East Side.

The Housing Innovation District includes:
-New housing construction
-Safer streets & infrastructure upgrades
-Storefront renovations
-Home repair programs
-More greenspace & beautification
-Energy-efficient upgrades
-Targeted demolition & code enforcement

Cleveland's Senior Day happens annually, but the mission of Cleveland's Department of Aging is to make our city as age-friendly as possible year-round.

2026 Senior Day at Public Hall in downtown Cleveland offered the city's seniors an opportunity to connect with old friends, make new ones, and learn about resources avaiable to them - all while enjoying some entertainment.

We're days away from the 13th Annual Bessie's Walk/Race - an event that benefits Bessie's Angels, a local nonprofit that provides housing, support, and financial assistance to women exiting foster care.

This year's Walk/Race is Saturday, May 30th at 8:00am. Proceeds from the event go towards Bessie's Angels.
