​In our last Women’s Leadership session we explored four primary leadership communication styles. Which one resonates most with you?
​1. The Advocate: Focused on fairness, equity, and speaking up for others. They lead with a strong sense of justice.
​2. The Strategist: Thinks at a high level (the "30,000-foot view"). Very intentional about direction and long-term planning.
​3. The Inspirer: Leads with vision, encouragement, and motivation. They are the "yes, let's go get it" communicators!
​4. The Grounder: Calm, steady, and keeps everything on pace. They provide stability and reassurance to the team.
