98 F150, shop did a full suspension refresh but a bit of a hack job on the u joints. 🤔🔩

L**e tech here did my first wheel bearing and brake job and when I put it altogether and showed the shop foreman he said that the backing plate is missing and that I need to redo the whole job because the backing plate has to go on beforehand I don’t think he knows what he’s talking about cause that means they are gonna make me pay for a new wheel bearing and do the job for free so I’m going to just say I put it back on and give it back to the customer I don’t get paid enough to do jobs twice and if they wanna fire their best l**e tech it will be the biggest regret they will ever make as I can do the work of 5 master technicians when they move me to the main shop ⚙️

How does hitting a curb at 45MPH do something like this? I’m honestly at a loss right now. This is exactly why I keep saying these parts are defective and should be fully covered under warranty. I made the slightest contact with a curb — literally a gentle tap while turning — and the entire suspension decided to shear itself apart like it was held together with Elmer’s glue. ⚙️

Little Insurance hack, I cut the cats off of my 2015 Tundra and then made a claim saying they were stolen and then got paid out $3200.00 for them and instead of getting new cats I just went to the muffler shop and got it welded with exhaust pipe and sold the cats for another $600.00 it’s pretty much free money 🙌
