The Philadelphia Flyers and Ed Snider Youth Hockey & Education celebrated the life and legacy of Flyers legend and Hockey Hall of Fame member Bernie Parent on Nov. 21 at the Xfinity Mobile Arena. The program included a presentation by Council President Kenyatta Johnson of a resolution from the city of Philadelphia recognizing the Flyers goaltender for his outstanding contributions to the sport of hockey and the Philadelphia community.
