I understand why everyone raves about author, Riley Sager, now!
One day you see an ad for a temporary house sitter wanted. You’re broke out of your mind and actively searching for a job so you can get off your best friends couch. So you decide, why not, and take a leap of faith to go check out the job listing. When you arrive to the apartment you note it’s in one of the town’s most historical apartment complexes. The nice woman you speak to shows you the apartment you will be living in temporarily AND tells you that at the end of each week for the next three months you will receive a hefty paycheck.
What could go wrong with that? Every thing seemed perfect!!! That is until the rules were laid out… Now you’re fighting between breaking rules or doing what your told when weird things start happening in your apartment complex… 👀
So many twists and turns start happening and the ending leaves you questioning your entire existence. I thoroughly enjoyed this book so much and I’m intrigued to read the rest of Riley Sager’s work.
