We are building a boat in hopes to set sail during the Sailing Through the Winter Solstice! Construction is already underway, but we need your help! ⚓️

An amazing social mixer for creatives around the DMV area! Frederick is booming with creativity and this event is just one of many that highlight what it means to help each other in collaboration! We are proud to announce our next event in partnership with the Frederick Arts Council…Director’s Palette! 🎨🎬 This is our take on the iconic paint-n-sip events! Have an evening of painting your favorite movie, whether it be poster, character, scene, etc, alongside your friends! We accept beginners to pro painters! Abby Brady will host and be your creative guide!

Ticket includes canvas and paint, but feel free to bring any special supplies you want to also use (and snacks!) 🖌️🖼️

Several movie posters and references will be available, and you can bring your own if you’re looking to do a personal favorite that may not be on site! If you’ve screened a film at Movie Knight, we’d love for you to make a poster of your film! ⚔️🎥
