Yesterday's closing looked like a straightforward deal… until it wasn’t.
A few unexpected hurdles showed up, timelines shifted, and the “easy one” became anything but. But with a great team, a top-tier lender, and everyone willing to put in the extra time and effort, we pushed through and got it done.

My client’s image is cartooned for privacy—law enforcement doesn’t always get to celebrate publicly, so I’m honored to help them celebrate safely.

Fannie Mae just removed the 620 minimum credit score requirement for certain loans. This means more flexibility, more approvals based on total financial picture, not just a number.
