The hardest part of this job is saying goodbye to friends. 💛 We had the honor of helping truly incredible clients sell their home—clients who’ve become friends—and the joy of helping another set of amazing clients purchase it.
The photo hanging in the entryway? It was taken by the incredibly talented seller herself, captured right in downtown Gig Harbor. We loved it so much, we purchased it as a gift for the new owners so a piece of her artistry—and the heart of the home—could stay behind.

- Rita Marie Mendez coached us on setting and achieving our goals, reminding us how important mindset is as we look ahead to 2025.

- Our very own Frank Hawkins gave us a look at the numbers and what to expect in 2025, helping us prepare for another successful year!

It’s always incredible to reflect on what we’ve accomplished together and gear up for what’s to come.
