Happy Saturday!

When you know what you know, there’s no room for mediocre behavior. I don’t dance with wolves, and I don’t get distracted by sheep in clothing. Because I’m gifted in servant leadership, I walk with authority, purpose, and the vision to see through the smoke.

It’s Q4, and the noise has no place in this season. The move is simple: leave behind what no longer serves you and catch the play that aligns with your destiny. If you’re tired of settling, let this last move be your BEST move.

I’ve walked through the fire regardless of the flamecredentials, impact, and divine assignment intact. With over 8,000 hours of community service, my own proclaimed day in the City of Houston, published in over 40 magazines including Essence, and over 70,000 monthly radio listeners on 90.3 GMT Radio this is not just about me. It’s about showing you that when you push past the nonsense, there’s no limit to what you can build.

It’s September 1st, and just like on the football field, we’re stepping into the final quarter of the year.

In this season, I’m the quarterback in business calling the plays, reading the field, and leading my team with vision. Every player on the field has a role, and when we align with purpose and teamwork, the strategy turns into unstoppable momentum.

In the fourth quarter, games are won or lost by how well you execute the plays. It’s not about luck it’s about strategy, resilience, and refusing to quit until you’re in the end zone of success.

As we enter this final stretch, I’m asking myself and my team: What plays do we need to run? Where do we need to pivot? And how do we keep the energy to finish strong?

Running this back.... It Must Be Detached!"Before you go to your next level something or someone must be detached! God had been revealing secrets, exposing people, realigning connections and shifting mindsets all year. You thought the delay was going to hurt you, but I put the world on pause to protect you says the Lord. You’re ready to go up higher, but this year I’ve made you count the cost. These detachments are not to depress you, they are necessary for you to experience promotion and prosperity, they are needed so you can progress. It may be an end, but it's your new beginning. Nothing can hold you down! Nothing can hold you back! Things are being detached and only what pleases him will remain! It's a growing season!
