Submissions for exhibiting at OwlCon are now open - if you’re interested in exhibiting for 2026, head on over to http://www.owlcon.com/exhibitor_info.php, create an account on the site if you don’t have one already, and then submit your application! We’ll be announcing our finalized list of exhibitors in early January, but we’ll be taking submissions for alternates up until the con.

Please bear in mind our Exhibitor Policy - it’s important to note that tables are not assigned on a first-come-first-served basis. In order to provide a good mix of Exhibitors for our attendees, it is necessary to wait for a critical mass of potential Exhibitors before assigning tables. Parallel to that, if you’re not on our final list, it’s not any mark on you, obviously - it’s just that we have such a tight room that we have to cut a lot of people that we’d REALLY like to include. (And obviously, we’ll hold on to applications as alternates in case one of the originally-assigned slots opens up.)

We appreciate your patience and understanding, and we’d love to receive your application!

Thank you for your interest in being an Exhibitor at OwlCon. To submit a request to be an Exhibitor, you will need to do the following:

Hey OwlCon Gamers!

Get hyped! OwlCon is THIS Sunday, February 23rd! Doors open at 9am, with gaming kicking off around 10am. We're keeping the action all in the RMC this year, with clearly marked gaming islands for all your favorite tabletop RPGs, board/card games, miniatures, and more!

Is it superpowers, is it the willpower to fight the good fight, or is it making the hard choice when no one else will? Find out there!

Devastation! Kome, known as 'Rice' to some, lies in ruins. Giant monsters have emerged from the bayou and are battling in the wreckage of this university: NUTRIOLA! hissing rat-monster with poison breath! CLAMAMOTO! bipedal bivalve with inexplicable cold attack! CYBER-DUCK! many-angled steel robot-avian with terrifying preening powers! These titanic kaiju are intent on their battles for dominance; they do not care that their struggles have destroyed The Quad (noooo not the Quad noooo) and Valhalla (noooo not Valhalla noooo) and the stadium (cool cool weren't really using it). We are but ants with no defenses; even the army is powerless to help! Is there no hope at all?
.. THERE IS. One kaiju will defend Rice from all threats. It is the littlest kaiju: OWLU-KUN, small but powerful, and friend to all children. With fierce hootings, Owlu-Kun will fight back against the many monsters that plague this university and save us all! But the odds are long, friends, and time grows short. Can the littlest kaiju of all do all that needs to be done... in JUST ONE DAY??

Dear beloved OwlCon community: owing to events beyond the control of FASTWARP, our con was unable to secure the same spaces we have used for many years. For 2025 we are obliged to present a one-day convention event, and we hope you will come out to participate.
Our event will be different from the usual in the following ways:

A one-day convention: Sunday, Feb 23, 2025, starting at 10 AM.

Free badges: There will be opportunities to support OwlCon and OwlCon's charity of choice on a pay-what-you-want basis. Please try to bring cash for donations.

No scheduled events. We will provide open gaming space for the community to use, facilitate the spread of information of what games are happening where, and let everybody focus on what we're here to do - have fun.

T-shirts are a maybe: We may have t-shirts, depending on community interest

How do these changes impact me?
Attendees: No need to purchase a badge. We will be sending out a survey to gauge attendance and award badges.

Hosts: Since it will all be open gaming, Hosting will be ad hoc, first-come, first serve.

Exhibitors: There will be an Exhibitors Hall with reduced table fees.

Staff: More to come on this; stay tuned!

Owlu-kun will fight for you! Please support Owlu-kun as well, and we vow that we will return in 2026 stronger than ever. We will rebuild this university, stone by stone. History shows with thousands of clues how nature points out the folly of dudes... SAAMIJIRA!

Staff that work for at least two shifts (shifts are around 5 hours each) will receive a free badge and t-shirt.

●Log in to your account (if you don't have an account, just click Join on the same page)

Who has two wings and a list of the OwlCon 2024 Exhibitors? This owl!

●John Lach, providing new and used board games, role playing games and collectables. Both classics and current.

●New Comet Games, dedicated to bringing you original quality board games, card games, and role-playing games. We create unique dice and card decks for use in your gaming and also carry a variety of gaming dice, dice trays, towers and all your role-playing needs. (Also, make sure to keep an eye out for Tammy the Owlbear as an OwlCon 2024 exclusive!)

●The Cat Mechanic, with handmade jewelry and other crafts.
Snapped Dragons, bringing you dragons, dragons and dragons! Mountain T-shirts, drink ware, pyrographic boxes. We carry a variety of things mostly dragon related.

●The Happiest Nerd, with nerdy and wonderful custom crochet goodness.

●Cave Gaming, a Table Top Role Play Game developer based out of Conroe. We are a group of educators that create adventure modules for 5e and similar game systems.

●White Lightning Productions has been bringing you silly shirts and fun manga and comics for over two decades now - and still going! This year enjoy a specially curated selection of our inventory targeted for tabletop gaming fans!

●Penny's Magic Garden brings you the magic of massage, the energy pick me up of honey, the healing properties of plants both live and dried in teas, etc.

●Brocks Play Games talk about games and make games! Caroline and Jay both grew up playing games. Their extensive board game collection has grown with the addition of their own games, Feast of Olympians and Matchy Matchy. Let’s Play!

●Goodman Games brings the fun and joy of roleplaying the way it was intended to be in 1974, with modern rules grounded in the origins of Appensix N sword and sorcery. Goodman Games is the publisher of the Dungeon Crawl Classics RPG — the game with the funky dice! — and other associated product lines, such as Xcrawl classics and Mutant Crawl Classics. We publish adventures for 5th Edition and our Lankhmar box sets and modules based of the works of Fritz Lieber, and much, much more!

●Epic Age Media is a fantastical maelstrom of legendary sagas and creative musings as told through the dynamic visual and written mediums of the enigmatic master mythmaker James Shade.

●Cygnus Almaki's Menagerie brings you artistic recreations of the creatures of system AT7516! To promote the study of xenology (the study of aliens), I make my observations into 3D handpanted figures, stickers, buttons, mystery boxes, pins, and prints.

Make sure you come through after you've picked up your badge or between game sessions, and show these folks some love!
