👷‍♂️ Meet Our New Project Manager – Brian Schmidt! 👋

We’re excited to welcome Brian to the Morehead Construction team as our new Project Manager! Brian brings many years of experience in the construction industry, and we’re proud to have his knowledge and leadership on board.

Outside of work, Brian is a proud dad of three and enjoys hunting, fishing, riding horses, and traveling with his family.

His favorite part of the job? “Meeting new and interesting people across the construction industry and getting fresh perspectives on different types of projects.”

What stood out to Brian about Morehead Construction? “From the day I started, everyone welcomed me with open arms and treated me like family. That family atmosphere means a lot.”

We had the honor of using our boom truck to set a beautiful new statue for the Cherokee Nation.

There’s nothing we love more than seeing the incredible talent of Cherokee Nation artists on display. Being able to work on the reservation and support our local community is something we take huge pride in.

As a TERO-certified company, we’re proud to contribute to projects that celebrate culture, craftsmanship, and community.

There’s not a day that goes by that we don’t miss Dave Morehead, the heart and soul of Morehead Construction. His steady advice, years of experience, and no-nonsense opinions made a big impact on every job — but what we miss most is just having him around. His friendship, guidance, and sense of humor meant the world to us.

He and his son and grandsons shared something special — a love for each other and for building things the right way.
