We’re proud to have just completed this 7,068-square-foot headquarters for the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, located near the Creek Turnpike. This modern facility replaces the longtime 1989 headquarters and provides updated space for troopers serving the region.

The building features clean architectural lines, precision trim details, and a stud-framed parapet, elevating this pre-engineered metal building into a polished commercial facility built to stand the test of time.

We are proud to congratulate our very own Carson Morehead on placing 5th in the World Archery Championship in Daytona Beach, Florida, last week!

A special shoutout to the Locust Grove Pirate Archery Program for the incredible work they do teaching, coaching, and mentoring students from elementary school through high school. Their dedication helps young archers develop not only their skills, but also confidence, discipline, and sportsmanship.

The National Archery in the Schools Program (NASP) provides a unique opportunity for students of all ages and abilities to compete at the highest levels while building lifelong skills and friendships.

Congratulations, Carson, on this outstanding accomplishment! We can't wait to see what you achieve next.

The latest issue of the Locust Grove High School - LGPS History Herald can be found right here in our office—directly beneath a photo of the late Dave Morehead, our favorite local historian and one of the people who taught us to appreciate the stories that make our community special.

We think Dave would have loved seeing so many people stop by to pick up a FREE copy and keep local history alive.
