SEEMS TO ME THAT DIRECT TV HAS GROWN SO BIG THAT THEY DO NOT CARE IN THE LEAST WHAT THEIR " CUSTOMERS CARE " DIRECT TV HAS GROWN TOO BIG BECAUSE OF THE GOVERNMENT TRYING TO HELP THEMTHEY DO NOT CARE ANYMORE.

IO HA VE TO CALL THE 8005315000 NO NEARLY EVERT DAY FOR THE LAST SEVERAL YEARS TO GET THEM TO RE-SEND THE SIGNAL TO MY TV, ALL IGET ON THE LOCAL STATIONS ( CORPUS CHRISTY TEXAS LOCAL CHANNELS ) ALL IO GET IS ERROR CODE 721. IN MY OLD MIND THAT IS THEIVERY, I AM PAYING FOR A SERVICE AND NOT GETTING IT. ACCOUNT NO 11385689. PLEASE GET SOMEONE THAT CAN GET SOMETHING DONE TO CALL ME.

Mr. Randall,
I am a long term customer of ATT and Direct TV.
Over last few years, I have suffered through your conniving pricing schemes which keeps changing my bills by a lot. This scam based marketing of Price increase followed by six month of some rebates and price reductions after hours on phone with your staff is the worst thing you can do to a long standing, good customer.
What has pi**ed off is your timing to more than double my bill for Direct tv during “Shelter in Place” emergency in California. Looks like you have cleverly reduced phone contact for customer service while directing all customers who call to new service only.
After hours of waiting and finally connecting to India and Philippines call centers I was bounced to a USA representative who told me call in five days. When I insisted, she temporary reduced by price by cutting off most of the channels.
I would like you to restore my Direct TV Choice package without changing the price.I saw you on CNN and was appalled to hear your lies about how ATT is serving customers during crisis on (CNN March 22). Let me tell you those words are empty given how ATT is engaged in 100% price increase to customers who are home bound and/or lost jobs.
I have lost confidence in your company and urge you to suspend all price increases during crisis.
I got a call from president’s office offering a discount and reducing price increase from $47 to $27 a month provided I agree to some terms. I refused.
Please forward this and expose ATT which is targeting home bound seniors during Corona crisis. I have filed a complaint with State of California under Price gouging during emergency. Thank you.
