Friday will be Donna Stricklin’s last day to serve as Sharon’s mayor. She will begin serving as City Recorder.
Former Sharon Mayor Monroe Ary was selected by Stricklin to serve out her unexpired term which ends Nov. 2026.

“I thank the citizens of Sharon for the opportunity to serve as mayor for the past 2 and a half years. It has been my pleasure to work with this board and I’m looking forward to working for them,” said Stricklin.
