The tropical low that’s moving into the SW Gulf tonight could develop into a Tropical Depression or Storm over the next 24-36 hours as it moves NW toward south Texas/north Mexico. Landfall will occur Friday afternoon slinging tropical moisture into parts of Texas. Rain chances increase Friday into the weekend. This moisture will move into south Texas regardless of tropical development. This is not forecast to have similar impacts as Barry🌀🌧️
