One more weekend of basketball in the high school ranks of South Dakota with the boys' tournaments on tap for Thursday - Saturday in Rapid City and Aberdeen. We will have every minute of coverage thanks to our partnership with SDPB and channel assignments are below -

AA Boys - Channel 90
B Boys - Channel 91
A Boys - Channel 400

Action in Aberdeen will start at 11a each day, with State A's and AA's in Rapid those games will tip-off at noon (central) each day.

Kernel Madness Tournament Show from the Girls AA's in Rapid City will be live on Channel 90 at 10:30 this morning. Lyle Johnson will be joined by Dr. Lucio Margallo, Jason Christensen and Coach Brooks ahead of the Kernels game vs SF Jefferson scheduled for 145p.

State Tournament weekend for the Kernel girls Thursday to Saturday. We will have coverage of the AA tournament thanks to SDPB on Channel 90. Our Kernel Madness preview will run ahead of the games out in Rapid tomorrow at 11a and 5p. Please join the voice of Channel 90, Lyle Johnson, and friends to get the AA kicked off!

In addition to the AA coverage, you can find SDPB coverage from the B Tournament (Channel 91) and A Tournament (Channel 400) all weekend. Good luck to all the teams and GO KERNELS!

Some fun stuff on tap for Channel 90 today. Our Mitchell Marlin Girls Hockey team is hosting the State Varsity Tournament today through Saturday. The girls face Pierre in an opening round match at noon - we'll have that for you on Channel 90. Better yet, stop out at the MAC and cheer on the kids!

Later tonight, we'll broadcast the two SoDak 16 games from Mitchell High School - Parkston vs DeSmet (530p) and Centerville vs Highmore-Harrold.

Some exciting goings-on this weekend - MHS continues its hosting run today and tomorrow with Region Wrestling (Girls - Friday, Boys - Saturday). Wrestling will push Kernel Girls hoops vs Pierre tonight to the Corn Palace. Mitchell Marlin Girls are at home tomorrow as well - Channel 90 and 91 will be crowded this weekend, we had to use Channel 400 to fit everything in...

They have unique streams available from the Floor, Bars, Beam and Vault to watch the athletes complete - all are available in the link above. Class A teams area getting started now with the AA team competition kicking off later today.

Later on, look for coverage from the State Wrestling Duel Meet, looks like coverage starts at 1p for those matches. It was a wild night on Channel 90 last night - christened a new gym, absolutely packed house, great student section, pep-band was excellent and a crazy finish on the court.

We'll replay it on Channel 90 tonight at 7p and listen to Lyle and Jon lose their minds all over again!
