-After stalking and harassing a REAL 8 y/old with s*xually explicit videos and messages, Joseph attempted to meet the young boy however he was met by myself and would later admit to possessing dozens of illegal ab*se videos and even producing some of his own⚠️⚠️

-He was arrested on scene by the 63rd precinct, both his iPad, IPhone and a pair of scissors were seized by officers. Joseph already has two priors for similar aggravated charges. Joseph regularly works with special needs children⚠️⚠️
