I had the honor of documenting this sweet family’s Fresh 48 session at Carle in Bloomington. From the tiniest newborn details to mom’s gentle kisses and the incredible moment big brother met his new sibling for the very first time—every frame was filled with love. 💕

I had an absolute blast photographing Benji, who competes in trampoline events. His talent is unreal—flying, twisting, and flipping several feet in the air like it’s second nature. These photos capture just a glimpse of the skill, strength, and focus it takes to pull off moves like his.

Golden fields, giggles, and one very proud big brother-to-be 🌾✨ This sweet family invited me out to their own property for their maternity session—acres of prairie grass, a blooming garden, and a little guy who kept us all laughing with his dance moves when his favorite song came on. 💃🕺

I’ve always loved how simple yet powerful black and white images can be.

The Tates came in ready to celebrate their love for each other and the little one they’ll soon be meeting. Makenzie’s vision for this session was pure perfection—everything from their outfits to their poses felt so classic and timeless.
