💭This Brené Brown quote reminds me of the lifelong work that is self acceptance and self love. Authenticity is one of the ways in which we can combat people pleasing and control tendencies by being vulnerable and surrendering ourselves to the unknown of a situation.

This quote from Mister Rogers tenderly reminds us of the importance of sharing our love with people and reminding our community and ourselves that we are loving and lovable creatures. 🫂

💭Some thoughts this quote brought up for us surrounded the intersection between how we show love, how we accept love, and the numerous differences in ways that people feel loved. Part of showing love involves clear, intentional communication on what makes a person feel the most loved and loving, and then putting that into action.
