I was last seen on January 3, 2023, by my family, later reported to the Marion County Sheriff's Office (MCSO) as missing or endangered by my mother, after uncharacteristic behaviors, missing appointments, not returning home, and my GPS ping showed I was at the MCSO office. he phone with MCSO, doing several searches, by name, date of birth, or even boyfriend's information, for any calls or further looking for possible domestic violence calls within the system, simply telling my mother with each search, there were no calls or incidents in the MCSO call system...

Furthermore, they discussed that my family was new to Florida, we did not know anyone, I did not know the area; the lady expressed heartfelt concern, questioned if maybe I was sitting outside the building, just in the neighborhood... maybe the GPS was wrong or I was just lost. However, she would activate a BOLO.. My family was going to drive to that location, search, and continue to try an make contact with either of us...

It would only be when my family reaches "him" on the afternoon of January 5, 2023, that my family would learn the most gut-wrenching, most horrifying news of their life... and much later at the funeral home, the soul-crushing circumstance they will consider while they view the condition of my body!! Meanwhile... My family, believing there is an open investigation

As seen in reports, I was recovered deceased from a bedroom by emergency services, January 5, 2023, after my on-and-off boyfriend utilized 911 services at 12:06 am. He claimed I fell and hit my head and neck. Reports and statements indicated injuries, listed as cold, having both postmortem lividity and rigor mortis. "He" stated many falsehoods; we never fought, and he did not know what happened. While "He also stated several inconsistent times and reasons that he last spoke or saw me. There were also inconsistent remarks about the movement of where I layed or the position I layed while in the room. As seen on my phone, by GPS, through messages, images, this followed days of combating aggression both in public and at the residence. This also follows other events between us! There were four others also listed in reports; however, they claimed to not have heard, known, or seen anything. They each had contradictory statements of when they each saw me, what had transpired, who was doing what, as they also all stated varied times; It continues for hours, along with where they were discovered, or how several were found hidden in the dark, out back...acting as if they just arrived. Despite the neighborhood seeing and hearing the altercation near my car much earlier than reported, or anyone admitting, or officials following up on.. Without any notification to my family, an autopsy had been performed. The family would eventually find out only through locating the then-boyfriend by phone and his phrasing, " I was on an autopsy table and replied, ' Yeah, I was Dead! When my family contacted the detective, he was dismissive of their questions or responses. He would not meet with my family until over a week later, after my family viewed my body. They demanded an appointment to ask questions, discuss what they saw on my face, the bruises, marks, and abrasions, a bite mark; these covered my body, back of hands, and limbs... My family did email the detective all known information, and proof of information that denies the detective's narrative of self-harming, drug use, or claims of hanging with the wrong people at the wrong house; however, the email went unanswered. By reports, my case was closed around thirty days, with the medical examiners ruling, without an investigation; the file indicated that the initial notion was concluded within hours of the detective's arrival. My family will have viewed my body, and later receive my phone, data evidence, and see my text messages and images. The same formation I not only took pictures of but saved shows further damage, missing personal property, and the vehicle, which revealed what "he" is capable of. You see his response claiming responsibility, stating an apology, that "he," being drunk or not, had no right, to which he had also admitted, saying he would replace the damaged items when he gets a job. But also believed to be my final text to "him" at 2:53pm January 4,2023, also indicates, the fighting continues, with my response of "u arent sorry for s**t," -my phone and all active ends. As body-worn cameras indicated, the officials had knowledge and facts that I, my family, and many others in the community were unaware of. I did not know all the individuals personally and only met them three weeks prior, solely under a different name and for the purpose of the listed room rental due to "him" needing a place to live. Whether it was the long history of all the cases of domestic violence, use of a fictitious name, presenting ID listing a different address, or that most of the individuals listed had an excessively long history of criminal incidents and activities, which also may not be legally obtained by the same individuals. Information that my family will still only learn in hindsight, through this incident and outside resources. In that short time, I did not spend time in the residence, as one would assume. I spent my days at work, with my family, at my family home, and additional time with "him" during the evening. I only spent time in the one-bedroom and did not socialize with the individuals listed. As I told my family, it was not my permanent residence, and I will be home in the morning after my appointments. Nevertheless, as previously stated, there were not only gaps in the body-worn camera footage, but the footage also indicates that reports had been altered. Information did not match reports, leaving further inconsistencies. My body is mentioned and documented in multiple places and/or positions prior to EMS arrival. Evidence was neither collected, contained, nor tested. The only items taken from the scene included my body, my Pennsylvania driver's license, and my cell phone. Which had been retrieved after someone utilized the phone for hours, while I lay presumably deceased during these explanations. Then hid the phone inside the couch, just before emergency services arrived, claiming they didn't know where it was, nor did they know my password. Witnesses were free to walk about, while others were allowed to leave, still leaving numerous questions. Witness statements were not obtained, while others are conflicting or necessitate follow-up interrogations to address inaccuracies. As my family observed the footage, examined files, and analyzed data, the detective constructed a biased narrative... based on their prior knowledge of the residence's drug and OD history and statements from individuals who may have ulterior motives to hide the truth and/or further activities. The detective communicated to my family his original narrative of self-inflicted, or OD, while sharing the same with others. There is concern and suspected misconduct and/or negligence in the investigation.. leaving misplaced trust and confidence with this department and the leadership. It has taken my family eighteen months to meet with superior(s), only to get further complacency and victimizing statements. Ultimately, a medical examiner ruled my death an accident due to ethanal toxicity. In review of the initial autopsy report, lab results, and lack of further medical records, they reveal oversights and/or errors in the original autopsy. Each one contradicts the others, while several injuries were noted; additional vital information is missing. The medical examiner communicated blunt force trauma; it was not listed on either report. For virtually five months, my family requested X-rays, and/or any type of lab, however. With those records, too, they were incomplete and contradictory to each other. Several files are missing, mislabeled, misidentified, but also misrepresented. While my family continues to pursue explanations, both the Sheriff's office and the medical examiner continue to blame the other agency for the failure of the investigation. Both have denied a review of evidence to further an investigation.. (The sheriff's office sent my family a certified letter regarding the significant amount of evidence; however, they reiterated that they still declined a full investigation due to the medical examiner's ruling. By letter(s), through a lawyer, the medical examiner has denied a review of the file, evidence and was advised against further contact with the family. This is a serious situation, and it's comprehensible; there has been a miscarriage of justice. considered when faced with the amount of discrepancies, conflicting evidence, and an uninvestigated death ruled as an accident despite suggestions of foul play. The same individuals still walk among our unsuspecting communities, causing injury to others, while also being a menace to the neighborhood and society!!
