I do my best to protect and take care of my hair, especially with how much I put it through training. a bonnet has become a non-negotiable part of my nighttime routine.

I’ve been using the YANIBEST mulberry silk bonnet and I love it. it is softer and stays much better than other bonnets I’ve tried.

This is the second year I have been able to come out here to coach at IBJJF Pan Kids 💫

It’s incredible to watch all the kids chasing their dreams with so much heart.

For some of our students, it was their first time competing at Pan Kids and I’m glad they were able to have this experience, and that I was able to share it with them.

The team we bring to Pan Kids grows every year and it’s great for them to see the opportunities jiujitsu can present and what high level competition feels like.

I’m grateful to be trusted to coach our kids. Marcio Andre and Brenda Heller have always been big examples to me. I am constantly learning as an athlete and coach under them and strive to leave an impact on our students the same way they have done for me.

I’m grateful for the parents that support their children’s dreams and allow us to do our job teaching and guiding the kids.

I am proud of all the kids that went out and gave their best this weekend, anything you want in your life is going to take hard work. Next year’s medal is decided by your next steps ❤️

I feel so grateful to have the opportunity to come coach our kids at one of the biggest tournaments of the year!
we’ve had a great 2 days out here in florida and I’m excited to watch the rest of our kids tomorrow 🙌🏼
