Through Youth Poder, students are organizing to remove cops from schools and demand mental health services, building a School to Liberation, not a school-to-prison pipeline.

Through Unidos, everyone is coming together to build community defense.

Through the Family Justice Collective, families who’ve lost loved ones to police violence are healing together and transforming their experience into collective action.

This is what building power looks like. This is what a liberated future looks like.

The same system that forced Indigenous Peoples off their lands are the same systems deporting our families today. Phoenix PD was built to enforce colonial borders and control communities of color. ICE continues that violence, collaborating with local police to tear apart immigrant families.

We stand with Indigenous peoples and all communities resisting this harm. Our fight against Phoenix PD, poli-migra, and state violence is inseparable from the fight for Indigenous sovereignty and liberation.

Authoritarianism only works when we cooperate with it.
Throughout history, the most powerful resistance against fascism has come from everyday people collectively refusing to participate in their own oppression.

Mass non-compliance works because oppression requires our participation. They need us to build detention centers, turn in our neighbors, and stay silent.

But, we can collectively refuse and protect each other.

Cities across the country are refusing to let ICE terrorize immigrant communities. PhoenixC must do the same. Our communities deserve protection from the poli-migra partnership that separates families and creates fear. Right now, Phoenix does the opposite, turning our neighborhoods into deportation zones.
Other cities are showing us what’s possible. Phoenix can too.
