great way to wrap up the week, working with Okaidja on his new album. It follows up his very successful album Jaku Mumor.

The coastal sounds from Akra, Ghana and a whole lot of creativity went into this wonderful project.

I've been working with Kelli and Bryan for quite a while now and they are so big hearted. No wonder Kelli's songs are award winners. Congratulations, Kelli Welli!

A little delayed in posting due to the storm -- pretty much right as a tree was falling on my car in Portland, OR, down in Dallas, TX, this was being announced! So thankful to the Dallas Songwriters Association for awarding "Hey Little Hero," our Country song with a Japanese flair that's all about kid power, 1st Place in the 2024 songwriting contest! Made with the incomparable Bryan Daste, Timothy James Uecker, and Blaine Heinonen and including my wonderful kiddos and friend kiddos bringing their amazing energetic voices to the line: "ZOW! BAM! ZIP! HI-YAH! YATTA!" (Yatta in Japanese means "Hurray! I did it!"). Recorded at Dream Tree Studios NW and mastered by Specialized Mastering.

This song was written to honor a little family friend named Elijah who was born with severe Hemophilia and has learned to give himself regular infusions since he was little -- talk about a little everyday hero! 💕 Amy Willingham 🎉 Thank you so much DSA and judge Emmeline! 🙏🙏🙏🎉

Fantastic new record on pre-order from Todd Marston called "Seven Songs, Six Drummers". Great to have mastered this with Todd. Jordan Scannella's bass really caught my ear on this album. Can't wait for you to hear this!

It's been a holiday tradition here, for the last few years to *donate* mastering for one song.
I like to choose something musically, that is in this spirit. In years past the projects have included gospel, drumming, religious and secular holiday, etc'. They have all been a huge joy to be a part of.
Who's got a track, that would appreciate the finishing touch of mastering? Season's Greetings to one and all!
