🚨 BREAKING UPDATE | LOWER MERION TWP, PA
Philadelphia Police, the FBI, and Lower Merion Township officers have captured three suspects following a high-speed chase connected to a string of armored truck robberies across the Philadelphia region.

The chase began near City Avenue and ended with multiple arrests after suspects fled into Montgomery County. Weapons were recovered at the scene, and no injuries were reported. Authorities believe the suspects are tied to several recent armored car heists in the area.

Saint Joseph’s University and parts of Lower Merion were briefly under shelter-in-place orders during the search, which have since been lifted.

Police and federal agents continue their investigation — additional details are expected as charges are filed.

Quakertown Farmer’s Market Shop Owner Accused of Exploiting Teenage Employees

DOYLESTOWN, Pa. – The Bucks County District Attorney’s Office announced the arrest of a Quakertown Farmer’s Market shop owner accused of preying on his teenage employees.

Authorities say 36-year-old Joseph Grossman, the owner of Poppy’s Peanuts inside the Quakertown Farmer’s Market, was arrested on August 15 and charged with promoting the prostitution of a minor and corruption of minors.

According to investigators, a 17-year-old girl who worked for Grossman reported that he frequently made inappropriate comments and touched her legs and back.

After Grossman’s initial arrest, a second victim came forward, leading prosecutors to file additional counts of corruption of minors.

The Bucks County District Attorney’s Office said the investigation remains ongoing. Grossman is awaiting court proceedings. Officials have not said whether other victims may be involved.
