The committee reorganized its leadership, unanimously retaining Patrick Tompkins as chair and Nancy Twomey as vice chair. Members approved the prior meeting minutes with amended language clarifying the distinction between the ownerโ€™s contingency and ownerโ€™s construction contingency.
