Rain couldn't keep Reading away. On a wet Monday morning, residents, veterans, scouts, and students turned out to mark Memorial Day with a parade down Main Street and ceremonies at four town cemeteries. The RMHS Marching Band led the way, and the flags flew β€” rain and all. Thank you to everyone who showed up, spoke, marched, and helped make the day possible.

The morning started overcast as Reading’s Memorial Day parade made its way through town, grey skies but dry, with a thin dedicated crowd lining the route.
