13 of us set out to paddle the 4 Corners of Whiskeytown Lake. It was just under 12 miles total and 4 hours of paddling. It was and challenging adventure!

First look at the Feelfree Kayaks Airship. This RIB style kayak give you the glide and speed of a hard shell pedal drive, with the ability to collapse it down into a large bag for storage and transport. We now have one in the demo fleet and we’ll be doing a video on it soon!

We create a community who explores, learns, and enjoys the outdoors through paddle sports. As life long paddlers, our passion for the sport runs deep. Our teams diverse background allows us to offer expert info and advice on many different facets of the sport.

Bill Beckett our Store Manager is an expert Fly Fisherman who stumbled across kayak fishing as a means to access more water, and connect with nature in a quiet and stealthy craft. Although he is well versed in fishing kayaks, he spends most his free time in a composite Northstar Solo Canoe. He also offers guided fly fishing trips through the shop.

Matt Guthrie is a bundle of passion that is contagious to anyone who comes in contact with him. His stoke for the sport of kayak fishing is unmatched by anyone we’ve ever met. He handles most of our demos and he also does much of our custom rigging and installs. Also starting in Feb 2018 he will also be heading up our Headwaters Kayak Fishing Guide service on the Delta.

Linda Cook is our inventory manager and makes sure we are well stocked and always have what you are looking for. She and her husband David are passionate Sea Kayakers who are dedicated to growing their skills and sharing their love for the sport. Linda helps us head up our Ladies only tours the first Saturday of every month. She is also a fixture on our Wednesday Evening Sunset tour, and Full Moon Paddles.
