For all our cycling friends, we had to share this one. We don't get on our bikes enough lately, but this was a trip we had planned and finally able to make it happen. I mean, what else could we ask for.

Today we are taking you along on an epic bike ride through Prairie Creek Redwoods State Park in Northern California along the Newton B. Drury Scenic Parkway....

We thought we’d only travel for 1-2 years, here we are 8+ years later.

And we would have never imagined our PT degree would have provided the experiences it has.

Our advice; if you’re contemplating travel, try it for a year….it could be the best 8 of your career 😉

We stayed at a Hobbit House 🏠
Can you believe this place exists just outside Redding, CA???

Tyler has watched the movies, Kari has not but either way we LOVE finding unique stays and this was just that!

Literally just a 20 min drive from our most recent weekend getaway; a little quiet, unique, staycation at this hobbit house bed and breakfast designed after the movie/book The Hobbit.

We had perfect weather, a beautiful sunset and just spent our evening relaxing by the fire.
