Meat Hot Sauce Recipe
2 Ibs Ground Beef
5 Tbs Chili Powder
1-3 Tsps Cayenne Pepper
1 Tbs Paprika
1 Tbs Black Pepper
2 Tbs Salt
1/2 tsp Ground Cloves
1 tsp Thyme
1-1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1-1/2 qt Water
1 Large Onion (diced)
Brown the onions and the beef.
Add the remaining ingredients.
Cook 1-2 hour uncovered (until desired thickness).
