I was interviewed for my first ever Podcast today by the incredible Jonny Diaz for The Solo podcast. We explored how I got into the entertainment industry all those years ago, what led me to start the Misfit Pilates studio, and how I connect my love for the film industry with my passion for Pilates. I don’t know if he’ll leave in all the F-Bombs I dropped but I sure hope he does 🤣🤣

Annel’s work involves her having to sit/drive for long periods of time. When she comes to see me we add movement like this to counter stretch the parts of the body that are constantly being shortened during her work day. Balance, balance, balance. 😉
