It's Siloam Springs Dogwood Festival weekend... you know what that means? Rain 🤣
All the locals know, almost every year rain is a thing but they don't let it stop them. I have made it a tradition to go every year rain or shine. The festival will have over 200 vendors, lots of amazing food, arts and crafts, non profits to learn about, and kids activities. If you have never been grab an umbrella and check it out. Several of the local business downtown will be running specials just for this weekend too! Get out, enjoy the outdoors and support locals. See you there!

💠Dollar Tree: to be located behind Starbucks. Looks to be approx. 10,032 SQ. FT

💠RESERVE at Siloam Springs: located at 420 N. Simon Sager Ave, (directly behind Lowes) The Reserves at Siloam Springs will be a multifamily apartment complex consisting of 200 units to include pickleball courts, dog park area, pool and club house.

Siloam Springs is growing by leaps and bounds. What once was a small town has turned into a thriving city. I love seeing the growth that Siloam has had over the last few years. Of course with growth comes growing pains, but it will get better. More retail, restaurants, housing and more is coming to the area.
