Higher Ground Books & Media is an independent publishing company located in Springfield, OH. We specialize in inspirational, motivational, and educational materials that tell stories of transformation and empowerment. We are NOT a vanity press. Our authors are selected from submissions we receive and deem appropriate for our company. We offer a standard contract to all of our authors and we pay royalties on a quarterly basis according to that contract. There is no charge to publish with Higher Ground Books & Media.

In addition to publishing, we also offer a number of writing and editing services through our consulting department. Services include editing manuscripts and other works, writing manuals and handbooks, promotional materials, business letters, resumes, grants, and other writing projects.
