Keeping another Labor Day trip alive! While the AC was salvaged and is back up and running, the awning unfortunately met its fate in a pop up storm and had to be disassembled from the coach. Remember your awning at the end of the day is nothing more than a sun shade, not a rain shelter and definitely not windproof!

While an insulated underbelly sounds like a great thing, they can lead to more issues when problems arise inside them. After a small leak saturated all the insulation over time till the underbelly collapsed our customers reached out and had all the old material removed, leak addressed and new underbelly material and insulation installed!

After a storm damaged a customers awning they reached out and we worked with their insurance to get a full replacement knocked out on this well cared for mid 2000’s Jayco!

We are authorized service installers and dealers for all major brands include Solera, Dometic and CarefreeOfColorado! As well as aftermarket fabrics with ShadePro!

Clearing out some excess materials and we have a great deal on a replacement Solera 3000 awning roller tube with upgraded light track in the tube and black fabric. These retail for over $1300, asking $800 to free up the space. We also have Solera 3000 series arms in stock for a complete install if needed!

How busy are we? Well, this is the first of our three shipments that will be arriving in the next few days! We couldn’t be more grateful for the opportunities we’ve been given to serve the residents and visitors to our area!

School may be coming back into session but it certainly hasn’t slowed camping season down so far!

This week we’ve managed to diagnose a failed hydraulic solenoid for a Class A slide-out, install a new Solera slide-out awning fabric for one that had seen better days, perform an emergency AC replacement for some customers traveling through and start the diagnostic process on a 12V fridge that doesn’t seem to want to work.

🚐 A Quick Reminder About Estimates & Service Calls

We completely understand wanting to know what a repair may cost before committing to the work. However, Blue Ridge RV does not offer free on-site estimates.

We're a mobile RV repair service, which means when we come to you, we're putting a service vehicle on the road, using fuel, travel time, tools, equipment, and a trained technician's time. With the cost of fuel and operating a mobile service business, we simply cannot travel to an RV and provide an inspection or estimate at no charge.

Our service call fee and one-hour labor minimum apply to ALL appointments, including appointments where the purpose is to diagnose an issue or determine what repairs and parts may be needed.

We can sometimes provide general pricing information over the phone when the repair is straightforward and we have enough information, but we cannot accurately diagnose an RV or guarantee a repair estimate based solely on pictures, videos, or a description.

Once we're on-site and can properly inspect and diagnose the issue, we can discuss the repair options and expected costs with you.

We appreciate our customers understanding that our time, experience, travel, and expertise have value—just like any other professional service.
