Report on an alleged case of child stealing involving one Osman Bangura Jr age one month old in Makeni.

On Monday 28/09/26 at 11:49 hrs Osman Bangura of No 16Back of Monopic super market Magbenteh area Makeni, arrived and reported that on Monday 28/09/26 at 11:40 hrs, upon information received by one Aminata Kalokoh of the same Magbenteh area Makeni that his one month old baby Osman Bangura Jr has been stolen by an unknown person (s) from his mother memunatu Kamara of the said address.

ACTION TAKEN.
Upon receipt of the report, a team of police personnel headed by the Ops Minor Inspector Dumbuya visited the crime scene and recovered the stolen child with one

Aminata Koroma age 22 of Magbenteh and Robumbeh area, Makeni.

However, the stolen child was later handover to her rightful owner whilst defendant Aminata Koroma is in police custody helping in the investigation.

Investigation is in progress.
