OMG, you won’t believe what just happened with Karen! She showed up late to her dealership appointment and spotted a couple joyfully test-driving the Subaru of her dreams. 😱

Channeling her inner drama queen, she stomped over, scolded them like they were her wayward kids, and started crying like she was auditioning for a soap opera! 🎭😂 The confused couple jumped out faster than you can say ‘Subaru!’

And just when you think the drama ended, she turns to Tyler and tells him he’s too old for Pokémon cards and those trendy Alani witch brews, demanding he grow up! Tyler is okay but just shaken up a little bit. He says care packages of Pokemon packs and Alanis will help him recover faster.🤣

So if you’re ever late, remember Karen’s secret: a little theatrics and a dash of unsolicited advice can snag you the car of your dreams! 😂🚙

Sometimes the best part of this job is proving people wrong, in the BEST way! This customer came in referred by family members and was a little nervous about what kind of ride he might qualify for. He thought he was going to end up in a “hoopty”... but instead he drove away in this awesome 2020 Chevrolet Equinox SUV! 🚙✨

Tyler worked hard to make sure the deal was smooth, and the end result was smiles all around, even if our new Equinox owner decided to stay camera shy. 😉
