We drove to the EQUALITY house in Topeka, Kansas.

What an amazing way to honor all humans. Thank you for this. 🏳️‍⚧️🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️🏳️‍🌈

Somewhere between perimenopause, sore backs, forgetting why we walked into the RV kitchen, and wondering if we locked the Jeep… we realized something.

Life is still really good. 😂❤️

We may need more sleep, more stretching, less stress, and occasionally a moment to remember what we were talking about… but we’re also chasing sunsets, hiking trails, laughing at ourselves, and building a life that actually feels like ours.

Midlife is wild.
Empty nesting is weird.
Hormones are chaos.
But honestly? This chapter has been pretty beautiful.

If you’re somewhere in the messy middle too… welcome. You’re our people. 🚐✨

Living with chronic illness can feel so ironic sometimes.

The same things that make me feel alive, the hikes, the views, the little adventures, the moments that remind me why life is beautiful, can also leave me paying for it for days after.

Not because I’m weak. Not because I’m lazy. Not because I don’t want to do more.

Because invisible illness is real.

You can look happy in a photo and still be hurting. You can smile at the top of a trail and still need days to recover. You can be grateful for the moment and still struggle with the cost of it.

I’m sharing this because so many people are carrying things we never see. Chronic illness, grief, anxiety, pain, stress, burnout, heartbreak. We truly never know what someone else is walking through.

So be kind. Be gentle with people.

Be grateful for the body you have today.

And if you’re living this too, I see you.

You’re not alone. 🤍

We have to be united. Be kind. Be human. We all want peace, love, equality, safety, and the opportunity to live.

Live a life worth living.

Has anyone attended an event by Peace Love Vans? Are you going to the Colorado event in June?

If someone opened photos on your phone. What would they find the most of?

My phone is filled with sunsets, sunrises, moon phases, the night sky and silly selfies. 🤪😂🤪😂

I like to remind my kids how goofy I am. 😆
